A minimum requirement of 30 full days notice must be given to the Celebrant from the date on the 'Notice Of Intent To Marry' form, which is supplied and filled in by the Celebrant, to the date the Celebrant can legally marry you. ...oOo... The Celebrant will also need to sight and record your original (not photo copied) Birth Certificate or an active Passport if your Birth Certificate is not obtainable. ...oOo... Where applicable, documentary evidence of how a previous marriage was terminated . ...oOo... They will also need to sight and record your Driver's License or photo ID. ...oOo... All the legal documents required for your Marriage will be supplied by the Celebrant for your convenience. |
